Budgeting / Cost Analysis: We offer not only "hard bid" quotations to general contractors, developers, property managers and end users. We also offer budget pricing, value engineering and cost comparison quotations. Inquiry / Shop Drawings: Using the latest in CAD software and being entitled to master drawing files from our manufactures, we can provide you with inquiry drawings or actual project specific shop drawings. This will keep drawings lead-times to a minimum along with providing you with project specific drawings when you need them. Special Application Doors: By representing many leading edge manufactures from throughout the country, we can find a door to fit most any requirement. For your "special applications" door requirements please see our "products" page. I'm sure you will find a manufacture/product that will fit your requirement. Some of the many "special application" doors we handle are: Industrial Sliding Doors –(both fire rated and non-rated), Sliding and Swinging Acoustical Oversize Doors, High Cycle Rolling Steel Doors and Grilles, Wood Counter Shutters, Sliding Accordion Aluminum Grilles, and High Speed Fabric Doors. If you've got an unusual opening or door requirement, we can solve your needs. Field Application of Products: In order for West Coast Door, Inc. to ensure that any and all our products will be installed correctly the first time. We use only experienced field technicians. We constantly are training and educating our personnel in new products, techniques and applications. Our minimum foreman experience is 5 years. We also have a policy to not sub-contract out any of our labor. This ensures the highest quality possible, along with keeping our scheduling with-in our control to better serve you, our client. Repair Services: Along with all the services we have noted above. We are also deeply involved in the repair business. Having the skilled technicians as noted above allows us to get the job done correct the first time. We have established purchase accounts with most all-major manufactures. This allows us to provide the right part for the right application, no cross application or using a part that will "probably work" as some of our competitors are known to do. Again, doing the job correct the first time. |
